		<description>Unfortunately these things always cost more than we assume. That&#039;s because we aren&#039;t contractors who do this stuff every day.
On the 575 vs. 800 sq. ft.:
Try looking at your plans to see if you can just expand the size of the rooms. That tactic will cost a lot less than adding another room.
Good luck and don&#039;t lose your sense of adventure!
