I'm in Southern Ontario also, and the last few years our rinks have failed as it it too warm. Time to use a liner...what guage of plastic do you use, and where do you get it in one piece...I don't want seams. I need 25X30 or 25 X 40 if I take down my swingset (to skate or to swing...SKATE!)

The cost for a backyard rink is generally quite affordable. I've had one for my kids for the last two years. The professional kits are quite expensive, but for a DIY rink, the cost of the tarp and lumber generally shouldn't run more than $200.
